"Who cares for the caregivers?" ARCK offers hope and encouragement to the dedicated professionals working in our community everyday.


We help connect professional community caregivers with the many excellent wellness and healing arts services Omaha has to offer by taking a proactive approach and reaching out to healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, home healthcare workers, therapists and social workers, along with volunteer fire fighters, emergency services and safety professionals, chaplains, clergy, mental health providers, teachers and educators through a variety of projects, services and community partnerships.


Together, we all make a difference. By donating time and resources towards helping our neighbors and friends on their wellness journey, we are also helping ourselves and our community become healthier and stronger.

Salt lamps help to create a nice warm ambiance and relaxing environment when used in a room. The pink glow is soothing and when combined with a few minutes of deep breathing it can help someone feel less stressed.
